Belfast Flavours: 2025/26 in Review

As we look ahead to our AGM and the next chapter for Belfast Flavours, it feels like the right time to pause, take stock, and celebrate what we’ve been up to over the past year.

Throughout 2025/26, Belfast Flavours has continued to bring together the people, places and businesses that make Belfast such an exciting food and drink city. From creating opportunities to connect and collaborate, to championing the talent, produce and hospitality on our doorstep, it has been a year of good conversation, growing ambition and plenty to be proud of.

At the heart of it all has been our brilliant network. Belfast Flavours is powered by the chefs, producers, restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, suppliers and supporters who make this sector what it is: creative, welcoming, resilient and always ready with a fresh idea.

Over the year, we have continued to raise the profile of Belfast’s food and drink offer, support stronger connections across the industry and build momentum around the city as a place to eat, drink, visit and do business. Every shared story, introduction, event and collaboration helps strengthen the wider picture — and proves that Belfast’s food scene is about much more than a great meal.

As we move into the next stage of Belfast Flavours’ journey, we want to make sure the committee reflects the energy, insight and diversity of the sector it represents.

Join the Committee

We are now looking for new committee members and a Co-Chair to help guide Belfast Flavours into its next year.

This is a chance to bring your voice to the table, help shape priorities for the network and play a practical role in championing Belfast’s food and drink sector. Whether your experience is in hospitality, production, tourism, events, marketing, supply chains or another part of the industry, we would love to hear from people with ideas, commitment and an appetite to get involved.

Expressions of Interest are open until Sunday 14 September.
