Yellow Door
I’ve always believed Northern Ireland has something special on the plate, and I’ve spent my career proving it.
Coming from a farming background, I learned early that great hospitality starts with great produce, trusted suppliers and real graft. That belief has shaped everything I’ve done as owner of Yellow Door and through Pan & Pour from weddings and private celebrations to ICC Belfast, Belfast Flavours and major venues like Ulster Rugby. For me, whether it’s one of the biggest days in someone’s life or a world-class event on a major stage, the responsibility is the same: deliver something memorable, generous and unmistakably rooted in this place.
What matters most to me is backing our own people and telling Northern Ireland’s story properly. We have outstanding farmers, fishermen, bakers, cheesemakers, growers and producers here, and I’ve always been passionate about putting them front and centre. I’m proud of the work we’ve done over more than 30 years in hospitality to champion local talent, raise standards and show that world-class food and service can come straight from this part of the world. Belfast Flavours is about giving that pride a platform celebrating the people behind the product, strengthening the industry and showing visitors, and ourselves, exactly what Northern Ireland is capable of.
