When something as refreshingly popular as ginger ale is invented, you can be sure there’ll be a few laying claim to the title of inventor. So it was with ginger ale, a fine tipple that was Belfast-born but whose parentage has been contested over the years…

At Longbridge Drinks Co, however, we lay no claims to inventing Belfast’s famous ginger ale.

What we do declare, however, is a promise to restore Premium Mixers to the city from whence they came. We thank whoever actually invented it and we hope that those who appreciate a ginger ale will enjoy our fine Belfast blend along with their favourite tipple. We currently have five multi award winning flavours with more in the pipe line. Belfast Ginger Ale, Belfast Extra Hot Ginger Ale, Belfast Tonic Water, Belfast Raspberry & Rose and Belfast Pink Grapefruit. Perfect served with your favourite but equally as nice drank on their own.

Papa’s Mineral Company – There’s a favourite for everyone from the zest of Cloudy Lemonade, gentle Elderflower, the earthiness of Sarsaparilla to the warmth of spiced Ginger Wine, Winterberry or Dark Clove cordial. Equally delicious served hot or cold. The fabulous versatile multi award winning cordials are lovingly handmade, with traditional family recipes.

Irish Sister Drinks – Our Signature Botanical Cordials – Artisan, Botanical  and Floral Cordials perfect for sobriety and mixology. Each of our alcohol-free cordials are made in small batches to an original recipe. Our Fiery Ginger Wine is made to a 4th Generation Family Recipe. We also have our floral Raspberry & Rose cordial and the newest to the range our Lavender cordial. They are blended, bottled and finished each by hand. The true taste of Nostalgia.
