Jawbox Spirits Company is the Belfast-born brand behind Jawbox Small Batch Gin, a classic dry gin inspired by the city’s industrial heritage and the craic around the old “jawbox” Belfast sink. Distilled slowly in traditional copper pot stills on a historic estate just outside the city, the team uses local Belfast Black Mountain heather and other carefully chosen botanicals to create a bold, juniper-forward spirit with real regional character. Today the range spans gins and liqueurs that celebrate “greatness through graft and craft”, with signature serves like gin and ginger ale paying homage to Belfast’s place in the story of ginger ale itself.
