Join us for the next Belfast Flavours learning journey to the North Coast! Delivered in partnership with Food NI, you’ll visit local producers and learn about their commitment to creating high-quality products, including:

  • Fidela Coffee Roasters in Coleraine, discover how a family-run business brings ethically sourced, 100% traceable Colombian coffee to the North Coast, working directly with farmers to ensure quality, transparency, and authentic flavours in every cup.

  • The Lamb Van, where grass-fed, Northern Ireland Farm Quality Assured (NIFQA) lamb is reared ethically near the Causeway Coast. Hear how passionate producers are striving to make local lamb a staple - showcasing its quality, versatility, and taste through farm-fresh cuts and innovative street food.

  • The Courthouse, Bushmills to enjoy a delicious lunch featuring local ingredients. It’s also a relaxed opportunity to chat, meet fellow participants, and connect with some Taste Causeway members

  • Broughgammon Farm just outside Ballycastle, a pioneering family farm that champions ethical, sustainable meat and regenerative farming. Learn how Broughgammon transforms surplus kid goats (usually a waste by-product) into superb cabrito, along with free-range rose veal and wild game, proving that delicious food and responsible farming can go hand in hand.

Throughout the journey, you’ll be inspired by these producers’ dedication to provenance, sustainability, and the remarkable stories behind every ingredient - connecting you more deeply with the flavours of Northern Ireland
